Many claim that they knew, that electing Barack Obama President was only the opportunity to bring about change. However, is this the hope and change they were all looking for?

The disadvantages of when a political system intervenes.

Joe Biden announced his desire to run for President of the United States on January 7, 2007 on Meet the Press. Joe Biden also ran a campaign for president in 1988. Joseph Robinette Biden, Jr. was raised in Pennsylvania for 10 years prior to moving to Delaware where he eventually became a senator.
