Animals Cry for Help
Save Animals ,Children can stop the cruelty to animals.
Animals cry for help – save animals
Man is perhaps the only animal who ill treats and even kills other animals for his pleasure. For ages, man has been encroaching upon natural habitats and ruthlessly killing animals for their skin, bones and meat, although he is not a meat-eater by nature and fully understands that all life is sacred.
Did you know that countless animals and birds are killed, mutilated or decapitated in the name of scientific experiments, testing and research? Rats rabbit, birds and monkeys are not only kept in cramped and overcrowded cages but also subjected to ruthless treatment in a cold-blooded way. Over five hundred mice a day are being injected with window cleaner by a well known manufacturer, for example, Rabbits are getting hot, melted lipstick forced into their eyes. The poor silent souls cannot even express the pain and suffering they are subjected to. Most laboratory animals die premature, painful and unnatural deaths.
Laboratories are not the only torture cells for animals and birds. Circus, zoos, road shows, cattle markets and bird markets are also dungeons of death for these helpless creatures. Monkeys, bears and parrots are ill-treated by circus people and road side showmen to make money by showing their tricks and antics. Bulls, horses, mules, camels and donkeys are made to carry heavy loads. A great number of animals and birds are kept in unnatural or artificial habitats just to entertain visitors.
Children can play an important role in stopping this cruelty to animals. They must join hands to create world-wide awareness for the ethical and humane treatment of animals. They can join protests and rallies against animal testing and launch signature campaigns for this purpose. On their part, they can refuse to buy animal products or products which have been tested on animals. They should adopt animals as pets and rehabilitate abandoned pets. They must support animal and environment conservation programmes .
Children of the world, animals and birds cry for your help. They cannot survive without your support.

Seema…this is an incredible article…an international appeal against the killing, mutilating and decapitating of Mother Nature’s creatures. I even boycott the Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (SPCA) simply because they use the product from the slaughter of animals as a means of raising funds – hotdog sales, Thanks for championing the cause and bringing this valuable information to the attention of your many readers and supporters. Hopefully they will direct their friends to read this as well.

A passionate and well written plea. Pressure from animal rights activists and public supporters has forced tighter controls on the use of animals in laboratories but there is a long way to go before it can be stamped out altogether.

I agree with much of what you say. We must put pressure on our governments to stop the exploitation and cruelty. However I feel that the best zoos and wildlife parks are playing an important role in preserving and breeding endangered species, many also rescue exploited animals.

good information. What few people know is their actions support cruelty.. many free to good home pets are taken and sold to research labs.
every product you buy comes at a price of animal suffering, even if the product wasnt tested on animals, the ingredients might have been.
buying from pet stores supports and rewards cruelty too…
if you love your pets you will spay or neuter them.. and if you love animals you will eat less meat
and you will read this

On the other hand, all of us (including the ones that aggree with seema such as myself) probably have used window cleaner. And probably all of use have also used some kind of medicine that was tested on an unfortunate animal. Although we might say that we pity those animals and want to stop this cruelty, we are actually encouraging this almost everyday with all the chemical products and medicines that we use. The question is: do you want people to die from untested medicine? or mice? If you answered something like “find some other way to test the lipstick”, well, why don’t you? Great post Seema.

I love animals. Some of what we do to each other and to lower animals makes me ill but how do we balance things. Maybe it`s up to us to develop new ways of learning about the effects of medicines and shampoos and food, which aren`t harmful to anyone.
