Boycott the Stock Market

The need to create a profit for the shareholders is a major flaw in our system of economics.

Corporate law and structure along with the stock market itself are at the heart of the inequality, environmental destruction, and famine and suffering that exists in the world.  This belief in the necessity or goodness of wealth is taught and learned and implanted upon our consciousnesses.

Money from the labor of the workers goes to the shareholders when it should go either to the workers themselves or to the society as a whole.  The shareholders are the few and the elite very often and therefore the elite are sucking the workers of their hard earned pay.

I think I will boycott the stock market and 401k plans because those are based on the stock market.  The need for constant growth leads to disposable culture, environmental degradation, and excess profit motive with few social services.

Corporate law and structure needs to change and the stock market needs to be done away with.  They are at the heart of many of the problems in the world.
