Changes Within Our World

Adjusting to the changes happening to the earth and our bodies.

How these changes effect the food that we eat comes from the fact that the body is pulsing at a faster rate of vibration and heat is impacting the food that we take into our bodies.  We will want less and less hot food as we will desire more simple diets, mostly because we will feel automatically sick from the food when we take it in our bodies (especially foods that are made by animal fats).  Drinking will be beneficial in the coming times especially from the overheating that is occurring in the body.  Fluids will be essential.  There might be more regular trips to the toilet in this process as we learn to adjust to new eating habits.  There could be periods of throwing up and diarrhoea, which people will automatically conclude that they have a virus, until they continue to have it off and on over the following months.

Another thing to look at also is that when we fasten the rate of pulse in our bodies we process foods faster.  This might make us feel hungry a lot of the time.  If you are a person who has a problem with weight this could result in more weight being put on to a point where it will eventually balance out by itself.  If you are underweight and have a problem with food you might loose more weight from the fact that you are burning up energy faster.  There will be much adjusting going on to the new body as it changes and gradually people will develop a system that suits them in the moments of change.

What is most important in these times of change of the body is that when these events are occurring, it is a good idea to get as much rest as possible.  The more rest that you give your body the faster the process will play its course.  The body is almost like it is going through a sort of healing process but it is more adjusting and needs time to do this without too much extra pressure added to it.  Going through this process is best done in a momentary basis, step by step which will occur at different rates in each person depending on the state of their body and their current health level.  Do not try to look too much to future or expectations.  They will only add more and more pressure to an already tense situation.

I tend to agree- also the earth is a living organism, and in our short lifetime, any changes appear quite large and significant. – although , I feel that the changes in life and living organisms today are quiet difficult to aclimatise to. Interesting read.
