Changes Within Our World
Adjusting to the changes happening to the earth and our bodies.
The numbness in the body can last up to a couple of weeks and the experience might come back less strong a couple of times before it proceeds to the next stage. One other thing that can happen when people get this initial dizzy spell is that it will occur within a moment and it will be a shock to the body. It might feel as if you are having heart palpitations and you might automatically want to be sick. You will have an almost instant fever and heating up of the body. Most will automatically sweat this out and it is best to lie down and relax and breathe slowly as this occurs. The main thing is to try and relax and not panic, as this will make worse the experience occurring. Breathe slowly and try to relax the body back down to a normal heart and breathing rate.
The body needs to go through this process in order to adjust itself to the changes in the environment. Without such adjustment it will not be able to, in the long term, cope with more changes as they occur. Other things that will occur at this point will be burning in the shoulders and pains throughout the head, which can cause levels of irritability because of the feelings coming from the body. Sleep will not seem to alleviate it, nor exercise. It will just need to play out its course. Relaxation is the best medicine when it comes to these pressures. Take time during the day to relax in the muscles of the body, and this will allow for the flow of change to process faster. One method I use is to take one minute at intervals during the day and say to your body ‘relax’. Try and release tension of the muscles in this moment and if this is done enough through the day the body will start to do this relaxation on its own.
There have been a lot of people that have already been through this initial process that began last year. They will have gone to the doctor and they might say that they have had an episode of hyperventilation. They will not know where the numbness comes from if this occurs in the body for the individual. If they do tests nothing will show up.

I tend to agree- also the earth is a living organism, and in our short lifetime, any changes appear quite large and significant. – although , I feel that the changes in life and living organisms today are quiet difficult to aclimatise to. Interesting read.
