Diners Shocked as Masturbating Man Stares Through Window of Restaurant

Diners eating at a popular restaurant in a small town close to Cologne had the upset of choking on their food – when a naked man appeared and began to masturbate.

The incident occurred last Saturday evening at the Briore Restaurant. Shocked couples eating their favourite dishes were interrupted when a naked male startled them and proceeded to masturbate.

For a moment the entire restaurant froze as the man began “playing with himself” in full view through the large restaurant window. According to locals, people passing by crossed the road to avoid being near to the perverted flasher playing with his manhood. 

One concerned onlooker who was enjoying a romantic meal with his wife before he was rudely interrupted claims he immediately exited the restaurant to challenge the masturbating man.

“I was eating with my wife when this naked man appeared from out of nowhere and started to touch his manhood for all to see”, claims the angry diner. “My wife did not know where to look and I became very angry and gave chase.”

The man says the guilty party ran off. However, after giving chase the naked flasher eluded his pursuer and disappeared.

Police were called but so far the flasher has not been identified and apprehended. 

Another witness was concerned that men can go around masturbating in a street. “This is not what I call appropriate and sensible behaviour”, says the disgruntled woman. “He was obviously in need of psychiatric help.”

The masturbating man was described as being aged approximately 32 and approximately 6 feet in height with short dark hair. He was said to have acne and a small scar on one cheek.

However, one female appeared to be impressed by the intruder. “I was delighted when the man appeared staring at me whilst he tossed off. I was becoming bored and needed a bit of hard excitement.”
