im against this. If Mrs. Epstein was smart she would have directed the money and house to who ever she willed too. This is not at all a solution but rather causes more problems. The only reason id say the 2 wouldnt go into a signed relationship as this was for not being homosexual, as only someone as such would sign such as this.

I’ve never really thought about this before, but you are so right! With so many people not able to get on the property ladder it really makes sense.
