Earth day on 28 March 2009 is a very meaningful campaign that I hope you all join!
It is so simple that everyone can do it without efforts!! You just need to turn off your light for only ONE HOUR. It will be at 8:30pm.
Earth Hour 2009 is a time to make promises to make the World a better place.
Earth Hour 2008 brought together over 370 cities in 35 countries as a means of raising environmental awareness. It is estimated that 50 million people took part. 2009 will see even more sending the message that the world is under threat. Around the world people, businesses and landmarks will be switching off their lights for an hour.
It is so easy and simple, isn’t it? Everyone can do it! The meaning behind is very important to all of us.
