Earth Hour and How Anyone Can Make a Difference

When compared, the temperature of a roof garden can be thirty or more degrease cooler then a busy city street, it could be even possible to connect pipes or tunnels to a roof garden which can then cool buildings and streets, but I don’t think it would be so necessary in Ireland! Now for some very interesting facts. Every year we produce 3% more waste,On this basis we will double the amount of produced every 25 years! Most of the worlds waste is produced by “developed” countries, even though they represent only 5% of the worlds population. Captive exotic animals(e.g. snakes, iguanas and scorpions) don’t make good pets, more than half of them die on their way on boat and planes! And just one more fact. Energy efficient light bulbs produce the same amount off heat , but use 80% less energy then standard ones. You might wonder how McDonald’s may effect are weight, health and and mental stability, but you may wonder how they can effect the forests? Have you ever wonder were all there animals are kept for food? The truth is that they cut down huge spaces of forest and then burn the root in order to prevent them growing back, they then use this space to cram thousands of animals in! As well as all that there’s another downside to it, there’s only one way to stop this problem is to eat less meat!!!
