I wanted to talk to you about endangered animals. As we all know, endangered means “in great danger.” I wanted to talk to you about this because people don’t take the time to think of our friendly Animal Kingdom.  For example,  the panda bear, a majestic beautiful creature. The Panda Bear is on the endangered species list. Do you know why? It’s because the habitat in which they live in is being cut down. Its not trees their cutting down, its the bamboo. Bamboo is an essential part of a panda bears’ diet. But why is bamboo being cut down. It is because the chinese, the panda’s closest civilization, are wiping out bamboo to clear the land in order to construct things. This forces the Panda Bear to go and look for another place where there is bamboo. And once he does find a good home, it is once again cut down. There are other hundreds of animals on the endangered species list. They all have different stories for being endangered. it could be that the animal’s habitat is being cut down, it could also be that it is a bird that people hunt, it could be many things. But the most important thing to realize is that we need to spread the word. Tell anyone. Make them be a part of it. With this we can save our friendly animals.
