Epic Walmart Rollback Fail! (With Pictures)
Many Walmart customers are reporting roll-ups, even when the signs say roll-backs. Look at some funny examples here.

A cell-phone shot of a Walmart Rollup.

Another funny Walmart Rollup. This one has pies.

If you can’t do math, this one will kill you.

Walmart Rollup? Let’s not blame inflation for this one.
Anybody else notice something weird in these pictures? Walking around the store, I noticed that many of the other signs do the same thing. If this doesn’t count as a fail, I don’t know what does.
Let’s examine what this says about today’s desperate marketing:
1. We can take everything with a grain of salt.
The majority of advertisements today over exaggerate their products, or flat out lie. This Rollback sign is a great example of a flat out lie, unless Rollback means something else. Hopefully, people will notice this sign for what it is and refuse to buy this product, but those big numbers are eye-catching.
2. Errors Are Common.
Unless Walmart wants to look like an idiot, they are way too reckless. Throwing a Rollback sign on everything statistically might be helpful for Walmart’s image of having cheaper prices, but putting them on the wrong things may drive some of their customers away.
3. We Need to Get Involved.
Let’s sign a petition; a petition to get rid of Rollups. To start, simply show your support in the comments on this page, then visit THIS SITE for further action.

Great pictures and story. You are right some corporations don’t think consumers are paying attention to what is really going on. Great share.

I’ll keep a look out at my local asda (UK Wallmart) to see if its happening over here.
I acctually work for one of their rivals in the UK and have heard customers talking about the fact they are coming to us because of things like this. It’s like the multipack scams they try to pull of where they price up a multipack so it is cheaper than the usual price for the same amount of individual items then put the individuals on offer to bring them to a lower price than the multipack. I always check prices of items before I buy.
