First Step for the Solution to Global Warming
This is the first step to the global warming solution. This includes experiments.
I solve disasters= my solutions are, fast flood relief plan= results to delete floods fast/safe and forever where implemented. Next storm comes through= implemented areas no floods ever. RIVER FLOODS= deleted permanently. Wildfire containment in 96 hours, = wildfires = all fire and smoke put out at same time without water or chemicals. All solutions have be proven by water emergency planning departments and fire departments. And immediately implemented in various cities. These solutions are for sale for $35,000.00 each. Almost all proceeds will go for my global warming solution in which will take 12 specific countries. These specific countries, I will need their government’s full authorization to use what land my project will need from beginning of project to end of project. These countries I will extract a natural mineral and place in quantity in certain locations around the world to return nature back to normal naturally. In return for these specific countries they will get fresh water in various locations for 100 years.
Also I will hire each countries people to help their economy out, plus food availability, more dry land and deletion of excessive heat. Now 4 nations that donate and or buy the highest amount towards my global warming plan will have a choice to build another project estimated at $1.9 trillion for whole planet at 60%to each of 4 nations and 40% towards global warming. to start my global warming solution.== each nation must get barrages, underwater equipment, nets and divers and suck up the loose sand 150 feet from shore to 3 miles. Nets are to protect divers from predators. Put sand in barges and screen it then put a good layer on all beaches and the rest inland. Don’t suck sand in rocky, corral areas or within 15 feet of boulders, just mark these areas.
Testing: take 3 buckets, fill 2 buckets with 1/4 water each and 3rd bucket with 1/4 sand, make sure all buckets are equally filled, now mark each bucket. Now pour the sand in 1 bucket of water and place the other bucket next to the bucket of sand and water. By taking the loose sand out of ocean each nation will be lowering the level of the ocean and by putting the sand on all beaches; it will raise the land for the melting glaciers. It will take longer for ocean to engulf your nation’s dry land. Now when I have enough funds to start my global warming solution project and after 2 years into project.
All nations that have finished the first part of global project will notice they received much more property and the nations that ignored this part of the global warming project won’t have more anything. I hope you will help me help everyone on earth to try and save as much life as we know it. Global warming is also causing all life’s attitudes to be a little off in rationality. in other words in people, animals + its throwing off their attitudes, like cats and rats getting along or wars because of indifference, like someone believes in one religion and another believes in their religion, but one of them wants to push their thoughts of their religion on others, soon you have a war over indifference, whereas if their wasn’t any global warming problems, there wouldn’t be any need for war or indifference. Global warming started in the 1970′S and at 2000 a fishing vessel that goes to the North Pole every year, but not in same location found a fresh water lake in the middle of the ice. Then icebergs started showing on the high seas as big as the state of Rhode Island.

I clicked this link from Yahoo answers. I also clicked your other links. Did you really think that the US government was going to give you 5 trillion dollars to stop Haleys comet? Did you really ask for it? Do you really think that aliens are causing global warming and Bill Haley of ’50s rock and roll fame created Haleys comet as some sort of private space program to destroy the Earth?

Seriously. If you have read the testing stage you would see that this idea is entirely feasible.
I hope that someone takes you up on this. Is this idea patented yet? Have you contacted any government officials? The UN would be the best place to suggest a policy of this magnitude and scale. I am confident that your plan would work.

I hope most who actually read this my first step to help delete Global Warming will take it like it is and for those that refuse to comprehend the possible way that just may one day save your lives will later remember and appreciate this first step. as for HALEY”S COMET it was built and launched 50 years ago, before we had the technology just to collide with a large incoming threat to earth and its inhabitants. Remember one thing I’m giving this to everyone, so you can try my experiment and help in saving yourselves and the whales, by lowering all the oceans so the larger mammals will find food and stop the ocean from engulfing our continents and helping us find their locations. my experiment will delete the beams around the planet and the mineral will dissolve them with no incoming thanks to HALEY”S COMET. very interesting ideas…but our species will die out soon enough, regardless of what we do to “delete” global warming and tsunamis. if you want to make a real impact, create a global-scale permanent birth-control that can spread like a virus. Just don’t charge 5 trillion for it – ask for 10!

I know that I have personally lost 30 IQ points right about the stage of the buckets and sand portion of your diatribe.

It has an orbital period of 76 years, and was last viewed by Earth in 1986.
It was named after Edmond Halley, NOT Bill Halley.
