Global Warming: Anthropogenic Disaster to Bangladesh

Green house gases are alarmingly increasing in the atmosphere as a result of which the surface temperature of earth is increasing causing rise of sea level. This will create, in fact reaction started in developing country like Bangladesh an over populated and poor country.

It is now well known to all concern that the earth surface temperatures is increasing due to the increase  of green house gases in the atmosphere burning the fossil oil ,coal etc in the industries and by vehicle. It is evidently proved that the developed countries are almost solely responsible for this anthropogenic disaster. But unfortunately the prime victim of the situation are the poor people of the third world countries specially Bangladesh. This country is situated in the coast of Bay of Bengal and is created by depository alluvial soil carried by 3 mighty rivers originated from Himalaya and flows over India. This country is over populated consists of 1200 person per square kilometer  and experiencing repeated natural calamity like cyclone, seasonal flood. Recently the climate changes of the earth yields increase of sea level and inundating the cultivated land even dwelling houses of the people causing migration of huge people from southern part of the country towards north. Sundarban one of the most beautiful mangrove forest in the world is affected. The Royal Bengal tiger getting no way to survive in the forest starts migrating towards locality and are killed by the scared people. It is reported that from March  to August 2009 ,more than 35 number of Royal Bengal tigers a very rare species are killed. The production of rice the main food of 170 million of people of the country substantially reduced due to inundation of the cultivated land by saline water rushing from the sea due to increase of water level .

 Immediate measure Required

Poor people who are hardly responsible for the increase of earth surface temparature  of Bangladesh deserve help from those who are contributing much to the pollution of atmosphere. Immediate rescue operation is essential for survival of the civilisation as well as to save the mangrove forest and rare species of animals living there. The  government and non government level of the rich countries are taking effective measure to keep a safe and green world for the next generation of their respective country. But what would happen with the poor people of Bangladesh. What they would answer to their next generation though they are hardly be accused for the consequences of the global warming. Extensive study are made on its protection but financial constraint is the bar to implement the studied measure.  Technological and financial help from rich country may save the people from the disaster.
