How to Make a Better World

by Redburn in Activism, May 4, 2008

We know this world is full of war, crime and fraud but that’s just the worst. What’s the best and even better, what can you do to make this world a better place?

Most of the times we think we live in a very bad world. We judge the entire world based on what we see on the news without even considering that the news have financial objective to achieve at your expense!

The world is full of joy for those who know how to look for it! If you can’t find it, make it!

  1. Give a tip to the employee. I am sure he will be happy and treat you differently the next time you go to the place.
  2. Give some money to that homeless man. I already quit… That’s really sad. Help him getting on his feet again!
  3. Smile for the people you usually don’t smile to. I bet they will (always) smile back even if they are tired and having a bad day!
  4. Never criticize anything. Don’t waste time with nickels and small things. Remember to be great all the time!
  5. Don’t let problems and obstacles take you out or kill your ambitions and your dreams. Obstacles are there (just!) to make your goal taste better! How does it feel when you achieve something phenomenal? Does it feel bad?
  6. Finally never shout or insult anyone. Most stressed people blame anybody and anything except themselves. Don’t be that person.

I agree. What a better place this world would be with more people like that around. So much nicer.

It’s nice to see that there are other people out there that feel this way. #3 and 6 are extremely important. I always make it a point to smile and appreciate my life.

Nice idea in la la land.
    A lot harder in reality.
