		<description>Although i agree with the writer but somehow it seems wrong that educated people are not benefiting the society. in fact i put them into two categories 1. educated people 2.literate people&lt;br /&gt;
The world is filled with the literate people but are they really educated? Do they know their duties? Are they really following the instructions given on the pavement or any public places?&lt;br /&gt;
We see many cars parked along with the sign board &quot;NO PARKING&quot; So we can not blame the education but rather it is our attitude which can make a difference. </description>
