Organized means when someone is well planned and controlled. For example I have all my equipment for maths.

Confident means that you can do something without being embarrassed or scared and having a belief in something.

Motivatedmeansif you are ready to do something, you want to do it very much. You are ready to work hard to achieve your goal.

Resilient means to be able to withstand or recover quickly from a difficult condition.
