Open a Savings Account

2. First visit the bank and get a savings account opening form.
3. Did you get the Account opening form?
4. Yes.
5. Have you filled up all the details?
6. Yes.
7. What details have you filled in?
8. Name/ address/ father’s name/ date of birth/res.telephone number/Office/work /school telephone number/E-mail/
9. What else did you fill up?
10. introduction by a customer who has an account and his attestation.
11. Address proof/ identity details/passport no. issued at/ on date/validity/ etc.,
12. The minimum  amount to be deposited and the minimum balance to be maintained if you require the cheque facility or otherwise.
13. The rate of  interest applicable on savings account.
14. Has the officer checked all details and confirmed everything in order? yes
15. Did you fill in the deposit slip with the minimum amount  required? yes.
16. Have you given two copies of your passport  size photos?Yes.
17. Have you received the passbook and cheque book? yes.
18. Did you check up the passbook balance and confirm it? yes
