Problem with Climate Change

The Problems with Global Warming:

Climate change (Global warming) is a long-term change in the weather patterns

1. Crop failure and livestock deaths caused economic losses
2. The ice caps are rapidly melting and therefore causing the sea level to rise (see link below)
3. The sea level is rising and poses a threat of flooding to civilizations on the coast
4. In contrast to the flooding, extreme drought is rising and there is a higher rate of evaporation
5. Ecosystems are changing and the animals are forced to move to cooler areas or they die
6. Hurricanes have become much stronger and are now more destructive (Hurricane Katrina)
7. Human health is affected because many have died from heat waves and more allergy attacks are present as the pollen season grows longer
