Why we have to care as a nation, to help diminish unhappy dogs and turn our four legged friends into wanted and healthy and tail wagging buddies.

Lets work together for our doggy nation!!
If like me, you are an ardent dog fan, you will often spare a thought for our four legged friends, who are far less fortunate, than ourselves, or our well loved pets.
If you would like a true insight into a rescue centre, I can thoroughly recommend a book, providing a warm human response, sense of humour and heart wrenching, all at the same time, concerning the work of the R.S.P.C.A. please see details at the end.
Until some pet owners are more responsible in helping unwanted puppies, these centres will never have enough resources, including staff and kennels, to assist in this never – ending task.
The odd stray, runaway, or dog that has become homeless, due to a change in circumstance, a bereavement or financial reasons, illness for example, was always meant to be a primary function, not an over – spill for stupidity.
The Rescue centres have friendly, understanding and approachable staff, there is no reason for some of the vile ways, these dogs are either killed, or left to fend for themselves, because the owners want out.
I hope you find the stories as heartwarming, sad and funny all at the same time, as I did and I truly thank Melissa for this book.
