The Anti-war Movement’s Pro-tyranny Stand
The anti-war movement supports America’s totalitarian enemies, whether they’re Islamists or Communists from Latin America.
Cindy Sheehan protested for the Muslim Brotherhood in Egypt. She told Al Jazeera:
If we [America] really want to promote democracy in this region then we cannot silence the voices of the Muslim Brotherhood because they’re the moderate voice here and they are the ones who are actually working for democracy.
The Muslim Brotherhood opposes democracy. The proof points to the fact that the MB seeks to impose a Nazi-like Islamist state on the whole world. The MB 2007 platform calls for banning women and Christians form being president and for turning Egypt into an Iranian-style Islamist state.
ANSWER [Stop the war and end Racism] has called for Israel’s destruction. The Party for Socialism and Liberation stated this about an event that calls for the right of return, which was sponsored by ANSWER, Party for Socialism and Liberation and Al-Awda:
A lecture by keynote speaker Dr. Salman Abu Sitta discussed al-Nakba and how to work toward implementing the right of return. Prof. Saree Makdisi and Dr. Ghada Karmi spoke about the necessity and inevitability of a one-state solution for Palestine.
A heated discussion followed, which included many of the participants in the convention.
May 17 began with a number of workshops and discussion topics including “Youth organizing for the return,” “Prisoner campaign” and “Culture and resistance” led by Ziad Abbas from the Dheisha refugee camp, Dr. Anan Odeh, and former L.A. Eight defendant Michel Shehadeh.
ANSWER called for the right of return, which would demographically destroy Israel. Also, ANSWER is publicly Socialist and is among the extreme left in bashing America and its allies including Israel.
ANSWER stated:
What started as an anti-war, anti-imperialist protest, escalated into a battle to defend many progressive issues—stopping the war and threats against Iran; defending the Palestinian struggle; defending women’s and same-sex marriage rights; and demanding equality for immigrants.
It supports the Palestinian terrorist struggle against Israel [I'm not saying all Palestinians are terrorists or seek the destruction of Israel, but destroying Israel is the goal of all Palestinian terrorists].
It calls on stopping “the war and threats against Iran” despite the fact that Iran is a threat to us [the west including America], but not the other way around. Immigrants have equal rights. Homosexuals have equal rights in Israel, while the Palestinian Homosexuals get lynched and hide in Israel. An Islamist victory will result in homosexuals and anyone who leaves Islam getting killed and/or arrested. Homosexuals are killed and/or arrested in Arab and Muslim countries including Saudi Arabia and Iran. Stop the War Coalition defends Russia’s invasion of Georgia, bashing America while defending Russia’s aggression and also blaming Georgia. Howard Zinn is a prominent voice in the anti-war movement. As I stated, “He talks about the alleged atrocities of the Contras freedom fighters, while not making any mention of the Sandinista tyranny and atrocities.” The NJ Solidarity Movement claimed that the Sandinistas fought for democracy, in the PLO bulletin archive. The Sandinistas, like the Castro regime, also supported Communist terrorists and the PLO. Some Sandinista members left that group because the Sandinistas set up a Communist dictatorship. The anti-war movement is, as I said, an extreme leftist Islamist front in the propaganda war against America and Israel. The anti-war movement bashes America and its allies including Israel, while it supports America’s totalitarian enemies. Even George Galloway, who protested Saddam in the 1980’s, has said to him that he expressed his “heartfelt greetings and support.” The anti-war movement is silent about Saddam’s atrocities while bashing America. The only time anti-war activists speak out against Saddam is when giving the US government a hard time about supporting Saddam in the 1980’s against the Iranian regime, which was [and is] far worse than Saddam ever was. War is a horrible thing, though sometimes justified to fight forces seeking your destruction. The anti-war movement defends America’s totalitarian enemies such as brutal Communist regimes in Latin America and even Islamists. They claim to be for peace, but are really out to bash America and its allies including Israel. It gives comfort and support to terrorists.
