Why Go Green?

   Reasons why we should go green:

        According to the U.S. Census Bureau, the world population is expanding at a fast rate and in 2000 it expanded to 6 billion and estimated to expand even more in 2050 about 3 billion and our natural resources are decreasing fast. Fourteen million tree are being cut down each year to make space for land fills and to provide  paper bags in our local grocery stores as well as paper bags there are plastic bags, plastic bags are made with petroleum products and natural gases which can increase our gas prices.

Animals have to re locate because of land fill and many are suffering because of plastic bags. One million birds are being suffocated each year when flying an result of plastic bags light weight. Many of our local sea animals are being suffocated but many cases are because they eat the plastic bags and it blocks thier digestive track.
