Well these are 10 things you can do when you are not feeling sleepy at night.
- Take a blanket and sit in front of the television.
- Go see what’s in the fridge every half an hour.
- Go see if everyone is sleeping in the house every 10 minutes until they wake up!.
- Start dancing like a wild bull in your room, it will calm you down.
- Start writing on a piece of paper without thinking of anything, just keep on writing with your eyes close this will help you to see that your brain is in such a mess.
- Call up your friend and don’t say anything and just listen to their “hello”.
- Stare at the clock until you fall asleep.
- Log on to Facebook and make nasty comments on people.
- Read a very boring book that will make you go asleep. eg. ” The symbiosis process of Fungi”.
- Browse through old family photographs.
