100 Activities for Increasing Happiness and Fun

A list of 100 activities that can increase happiness and fun, with a forward of a few paragraphs about a simple relaxation technique that also greatly increases joy, inner peace, and lasting happiness.

92.  Making some fresh coconut milk.  After draining the water to save to drink from the small opened soft area, the cut up coconut chunks can be added to hot water in a blender.  The coconut milk can be strained through a strainer to remove the pulp and then refrigerated in jars or tupperware.  The coconut cream will come to the top of the containers and taste great served over fresh or canned fruit.  The milk below the cream can be used with cereal or chocolate drink mix or recipes as a substitute for dairy milk.

93.  Trying some in depth communication, and using phrases such as “How do you really feel about . . . ?” and “on a scale of one to ten how important is it” or “What was your favorite . . .?”.

94.  Spending more time cuddling.

95.  Giving more compliments to others.

96.  Making a collage with photos and/or dried flowers or other type of collage to display or send to a family member or friend.

97.  Writing in a diary, or writing a short or long non-fiction or fiction story to publish or just to save and share.

98.  Learning to communicate in another language with at least with some phrases or learning to sing a song in another language.

99.  Taking someone to a movie.

100.  Asking others what are activities or habits make them happiest and what they consider to be the most fun or helpful.
