  1. Make sure everything you need for the next day is already prepared.
  2.  Exfoliate using your favorite scented shower scrub when you take your before-bedtime shower. If you’ve got more time o your hands, soak in the tub for a few minutes.
  3. Use an anti-stress or Sleep Ease lotion to moisturize your skin after taking your shower.
  4. Expose your face to steam (you can do this while boiling water) for a few minutes to allow your pores to open up.
  5.  Put on your favorite facial mask for 10-15 minutes and wash it off with cold water, so that your pores close up. Finish off your DIY facial by applying some moisturizing lotion.

  7. Apply sleeping gel on your sleeping points: the center f your forehead, the back of your neck, and on your lower abdomen and right below your navel.

  9. Light an aromatherapy candle or an incense stick (chamomile is especially relaxing.
  10. Put a face, eye or eyelid mask in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes, so that the gel inside the mask cools and hardens. Lie down with the mask on for 10 minutes.

  12. Give yourself a refreshing foot massage.
  13. Wear your favorite pajamas to bed.

I usually say a prayer before sleeping, works better than journaling for me, sometimes too lazy to get off the makeup but its true subtle essencesand a warm bath do make you sleepy, could I also add that a warm glass of milk puts you right off to sleep.
