1.) Fly Catcher

Posca, a famous Roman legionaries’ basic drink was vinegar mixed with water and optional honey and /or flavoring herbs. It originated in Greece as a medicinal mixture but became an everyday drink for the Roman Army. It can be made by mixing 1 ½ cups of vinegar with ½ cup of honey, a tablespoon of coriander seed (crushed) and 4 cups of water and then boiled in a saucepan.
