Accomplishing Much in Less Time

A number of people work and study from dawn till dusk and yet fail to achieve the desired result. This failure to accomplish the set goal could be attributed to a lack of order. By living order your time multiplies and you do much more in a short time.

In order to accomplish the set goal, one must use time intensely making the most of every second. Productivity at work or study depends to a large extent on how organised we are. Therefore there has to be a schedule for the day which should be reviewed in the morning before rushing into the day’s activity. Reviewing one’s schedule, enables one prioritize ones activities. In this way, we don’t get overwhelmed by the all the tasks we have to undertake.

There are a number of pitfalls that should be avoided in order to accomplish one’s goals, these include: lack of punctuality, procrastination, day-dreaming and a general lack of discipline. The category of people that have these pitfalls tend to claim that they do not have enough time when indeed they have not used their time well.

It is important to do things at the right time i.e. promptly and punctually, without postponing things for later. Another way of making good use of time is being focused on the task at hand and avoiding dissipation by putting all our attention into what we do. One actually needs to identify the unaccounted time in the day in order to make the most of it. Typically, time spent waiting for the lift, traffic jam; system booting, boiling water etc. could be used to for other tasks.

Thus, it is possible to accomplish so much in less time and without stress if one lives order. Try it, it works!
