- Think Positive: Positive thinking helps you to get confidence in your life. Confidence brings success in every aspects of your life. Success brings happiness in your life. Remember all these are interrelated. Without positive thinking you will not get confidence in your life and without confidence whatever you do results in failure. Always think positive and keep smiling.
- Breathing exercise: Daily find fifteen minutes for breathing exercise. Just sit where you feel comfortable and inhale. Hold your breath and slowly exhale. While doing this exercise, think while you inhale good thought is entering your body and while exhale your stress or tension is going out. This will motivate you to perform breathing exercise when ever you get free. In just a week time you can feel your life is filled with happiness and stress or tension has been eliminated from your life.
- Practice Yoga: Yoga helps to achieve discipline in your life and you will see that you perform each action in order without any tension or stress. Yoga helps to keep your body fit and fine. Yoga brings glow in your face and makes your life happier.
- Fruits and vegetable: Remember health is wealth and maintaining them is important. Include fruits and vegetable in your diet. Start your day with some fruits and include vegetable in your meal. Drink enough water and avoid junk foods or foods from bakery or fast-food.
- Happy family: Spend some times with your family and involve in their happiness. Do not always complaint on others mistake, forgive one’s mistake and spend time with family. This helps to build bond in your family and make your family happy.
