Having problems controlling your anger?
Something we all know about anger is that it is an Emotion triggered by thing that we do not like and want to protest about!
Now to come to how to manage it.Here are some ways to calm yor mind:-
- Take a deep breath and try to relax.Remember that anger never leads to solution, thinking calmly does!
- Think about something that you like.like maybe a nice experience or someone who helped you in the past or someone you like.This should help calm your mind!
Now remember, anger never leads to a proper solution!
