Any Project

When beginning any project, things here will help you accomplish it more easily.

1. Determine a time frame in which you wish to finish the project. If this is done beforehand, disappointments will be minimized.
2. Check on the internet for estimates. This will help you conclude if your ideas are realistic.
3. Gather all tools and materials. Nothing like being in the middle of a job and needing an important ingredient that you need to pause and leave to get.
4. Allow appropriate breaks. This is for you to be able to enjoy the work rather than treat it like drudgery.
5. If appropriate, take a pic before and afterward. You will be able to give yourself accolades for a job well done.
6. Pick a day or days to do this project and stick to it. Procrastination seems to be a deterrent of completion.
7. Check the weather reports if inclement temps will prevent the task from being done when you want to complete your project
8. Get adequate rest before beginning, so you will start fresh
9. Bring the cordless or cell phone with you, so time will be not spent on leaving your project. If you tell friends and family what you are doing, they should be considerate and not call. You can call them when you are able.
10. Make a lunch or dinner or both, ahead of time, for the day or days you will be engaged in your task
