Are You a Naturally Born Leader?
Being a fine leader, for some comes naturally, for others it requires time. Everyone can be a leader, start leading with a small project, whether big or small if you are leading even one person your on the right road.
A naturally born leader takes control of a situation and leads it. Some of us are born with that ability to lead, to be well like, to speak well with others or in large groups, for some these things don’t come easy. Some will call that person a control freak, but in actuality they take the lead because nobody steps up to the task. They step us, they know how to delegate responsibilities, and get the task at hand done. Leaders know who they are, confident in their abilities, understanding that each human have their own individual character, and with each new person, they have special abilities need to be respected. Before one can lead successfully one must lead by example, if your going to expect a new employee to be on time, and dress appropriately, then you need to be on time and dress appropriately.
There are all sorts of leaders out there, from sport coaches, to scout leaders; from schoolteachers, to your mom, but just because you take the role of coach, or teacher, it does not mean you are a leader; some take the position for the power. Power is nothing to be proud of, leadership skills are.
If you are not a naturally born leaders, it does not mean you can never be a great leader, just that at times when you do step up to lead, it may be a little uncomfortable. Being uncomfortable is ok thou, because we all need to stretch out of our boundaries, and learn to grow; as you grow you slowly develop the leader skill you may be looking for. Be able to communicate is another great characteristics of a great leader, one of our former presidents was known as the great communicator; that was Ronald Reagan.

A leader does not have to be loud, many leaders are able to get their points across, not only by their actions, but by simply explaining what needs to be done; while showing respect to the individual you are speaking to. To insult or belittle a person, is not a leadership skill, because a leader is someone that you want to be around; a bully is someone we avoid.
