Painful as it is, stress isn’t helping much these days.

Most certainly it is just about standard to be stressed out nowadays or to know somebody who is.

Tips That Help You Release Stress and Anxiety

First and foremost always do remember some people “got your back”

at one point or another, makes sense that it just felt right to know

you had backup, without even having to ask for it.

Instill some positive thinking and energy into everyone you get together

with_present them with and share your “new vision”, the unrelenting

search for true happiness, if not in so many words, show them that there

are two sides to everything. Somebody might do that eventually for you and you’d be rewarded once again.

Try not so much to get “in or out”any given situation as to get “in the

middle”, able not to lose perspective.

quote “PAZ y CIENCIA”, respectively “PEACE and SCIENCE”, made

me think of a word game headed to figuring out why time is so crucial,

not the torturing window of time, but the space, an empty, vast, endless

landscape, holding within something which isn’t real yet, but is expecting

to become rock solid once.

You cannot close your eyes to the fact that more and more are we revolving around, and the world is exerting pressure too, our demanding

lifestyle habits, which compete with the extra seasonings opposing to it,

like yoga, meditation versus the accelerating lives we lead.

Maybe there’s an answer(“in the middle”), some common ground for doin’ some soulsearching…
