How to be aware of your body.

Are you interested in something new. Do you feel fed up with your life, as if you know that there is something out there that you want but you can’t find. Here I will help you by explaining some things. I am going to explain a simple concept with many complicated words. In the hopes that you will get it. Once you get it you will be very happy and every other emotion also.

What is Learning? Learning is using knowledges and skills together to obtain other knowledges and skills. You can do anything and learn about it and you can also do things and not learn it. If you would believe there is also unlearning. You can only know what you have been exposed to. All things that you don’t know, don’t exist to you from your perception.

What is Perception and your senses? If you have eyes you can see however, many things you cannot see even though they are right in front of you. If you have holes in the side of your head called “ears” then you can hear but will you know what you heard. Can you believe that you can smell things from the front of your face in your nose? Then your mouth comes next if you didn’t already guess. Your mouth allows you to distinguish between flavors.

My favorite sense is the slimy stuff covering your whole body called skin and the large number of nerves inhabiting it. Your body is super sensitive to even the slightest pin prick and for good reason. It tells you when your cold and it tells you when your hot. Still it can be fooled, it will not notice subtle changes over time.

Why am I telling you this? I am telling you because I want you to be more aware. Aware of who you are and what your dealing with. Awareness I believe is one of the first steps toward knowledge.
