See if you can team up with someone to divvy up preferred duties. The person who hates giving presentations might be happier doing the prep work.
Be Strategic
Think about how every task you do will benefit you. For example, if I organize these files, my boss will have everything at her fingertips and I’ll have a less stressful day.
Tons of Work
Instead of frantically bouncing from task to task, stop everything, and just calm your brain for a few minutes. Open a window, get some fresh air–it will clear your head, and you’ll feel reenergized. then ask yourself, “If I could do only one thing today, what should it be?” or think about what your boos needs you to finish so she can move forward with her projects. If you’re still having trouble prioritizing, then ask your manager for help.
