I always drink a lot of water before going to bed after drinking and it always helps the next morning =]. Great article

After dinner add to table spoons of thick virgin olive oil to meal, it makes it harder for the alcohol to pentrate. Got that advice from a wise, friend.

women not to drink

after the first one they know not who ?

if ur a man ,
eat a 550gms of butter

and in between eat onions

afraid no one will kiss ,

then dont drink ,

stand next to a miss consuming wine

then u will be perhaps fine and the best wine

Great article. Sleep is the best if you can..all the other tips are great if you cant get shut eye.
