Causes of anger are diverse. They depend on individuals what can make me angry may not necessarily affect you in any way. This is why we should dedicate a lot of time knowing those people we interact with everyday. This is to avoid doing things that may annoy them or make them angry. You should avoid doing these things in front of such people. Some words are also case sensitive to some people. You do not go about joking about a certain religious, race or colour in the midst of people who are affiliated to them this way you will build healthy relationships all around you.
Causes of anger sometimes cannot be avoided. What you need to do is control the anger as you will did yourself in situations where people will make you angry the only thing you can do is control this emotion. You have no control of other people’s actions but you have control of how their actions can affect you. If you find that you have a problem controlling anger, you should solicit the help of a professional therapist. The professional will help you get to know how to control anger. You will also learn how to appreciate the different character traits you come across.

Good advice. When people have a problem controlling their anger, it can lead to serious consequences. Anger can cause heart problems, burst a vain in your head and kill you, or cause you to hurt or kill someone in the spur of your rage. That can lead to ruining your life. Yes anger is normal and healthy when it happens during a stressful event, or under normal conditions. It is a DANGER only when a person can not control it. When they get angry over everything, or they go completely over board. Good article.
