Thanks for the insightful article. I’ve never heard of eating chicken intestines, but in our country they eat chitterlings. They smell absolutely horrid while cleaning. That alone scares me off.

Very uplifting article. Yes, we do get entangled with things that aren’t good for us. Many times (like the chicken guts) they are the very things that are bad for us.

As an aside, it must be impossible to properly clean those tiny chiken intestines. No wonder they were dirty.
