Contentment is The Key to Happiness
Some people are content with their life, some don’t. When you are not content with your life, it’s difficult for you to feel happiness because you always feel that you lack something in life.
Are you a happy person? Are you happy with your life? Are you content with what you have now? If you are, then you are a lucky person. There are not so many people nowadays in this world. If there are, there would not be any insane people. There would not be any murderer too. Who would if you are Happy? I wouldn’t.
What is the real connotation of happiness? Do you regard having a big mansion as to being happy? Or do you regard having a luxury car or maybe having billions of dollars as to being happy? Is that what happiness mean to you?
Naturally, it is everybody’s dream to have all the luxuries in life. On the contrary, you should never forget that in order to have all the luxuries, you are bound to make big sacrifice. Nothing comes freely in life, my dear friend. Money does not roll to you on its own. You have to earn it. Every ambitious people will strive for this to realise their dreams. They work and not just work. As I mentioned earlier, it’s a sacrifice. Dreams must be fulfilled. In the end, they become like zombies! No fun in life, no life.
Virtually, if you do not struggle, you will not be able to keep all your wealth. Gradually, you will lose the house, the car and your money depleted. Are you happy? Maybe, but you will not be as happier as you are then.
So, what is happiness? We acknowledged that whatever people do is in pursuit of happiness. People go to karaoke because they want to sing their heart out. People go to discotheque because they want to shake their body. The reason is, they want to be happy. Maybe that is why they created ‘happy hour’. Ironically, people who go for ‘happy hour’ are not happy people after all.
Let’s look at this situation. Women want to marry a rich man because they want to have a secure life. The fact that the man is old enough to be their father is secondary. As long as the man is a well-off person, they would not mind. Technically, it will be a secured life if they married an honest or a reliable husband. What if they are not so fortunate? It would be a hell on earth instead. It is very rare for a woman to marry a tycoon as well as good looking. What more a man who is true to his word? Mind you, this is not a Mills and Boons love story. This is real life. Thus, do you think these women found their happiness? I doubt it.
