How to control your anger.

          Something peaceful can really violent, mostly of anger. Anger is an emotion. Like most emotions, anger is hard to control. That is why good people can do bad things. Here are some tips to help you control your anger.

You can…

1. Breathe deeply and close your eyes.(This will cause your heart to slow)

2. Even if you do it accidentely, apologize to the person who you hurt.(This will not cause a fight) Reminder: This is normally hard because you can’t control your anger but just try.

3. Try to think something else peaceful or happy to you(This will cause your mind to think about good and not the bad(When you’re angry, you normally want to(depends) kill or injure the person that made you angry))

So control your anger and don’t let your anger control you!
