Controlling Fear

Fear is what keeps us from enjoying the best things in life.

Fear is probably the worst human feelings of all. You become paralyzed, you become obsolete, you become useless when you feel fear, or fear around you. Dogs and bees can smell fear, they can act on it and most of the times you will only be attacked if you fear something or someone. If you show no fear, if you feel no fear, you won’t have any problem.

Now let’s see how to control or it get rid of it.

What do you fear? I know the list is big but pick one thing only. Now think about that think over and over again, now see that thing in your mind and feel how much fear that thing makes you feel. Do you fear dogs? I used to fear them too when I was younger, now I do not fear them anymore.

How did I do it?

  1. Visualize what’s the worst thing it can happen to you. Imagined being attacked in the middle of nowhere by about 20 dogs Pit bulls or Rottweilers. I could even feel more fear by visualizing than if I was really there.
  2. Now visualize how you can get rid of that fear. I learned on the internet how to fight dogs, what their weak spots are, their skills and most important how to kill one with one hit only. One very violent site inspired on a book teaches how to easily break a dog’s neck, to any dog because they are very fragile there. This is why the social submissive dog always shows the neck to the alpha dog.
  3. Finally you need to apply what you learned. You do not need to kill the dog, but you can give him a nice kick on his back, just like I did. I was riding my bicycle in the middle of nowhere when I hear two dogs, then I see them and then they bite me. I was bleeding but I managed to kick one and to punch another in the back leg enough to make him crawl for a while.

That was the first day I stopped fearing dogs at all.

Do you have any other fear?

Use this article to get rid of it.

Good luck doing it. Hope you manage to get rid of all your fears.

I, too, have a fear of dogs. I am going to try your suggestions.
