Conversion Kicking

First set the seem of the ball facing the posts slightly facing the right hand side.Then set out a reasonable run up for yourself stick to your own run up but i take four back and four to the side but not to big or short .

 After that don’t jog to the ball and kick but take a slow steady pase to get your accuracy right then if your right footed plant your left foot buy the ball  and strike the ball with your lase and don’t forget to follow through with great force
