Coping Skills Step Three & Four

We need to learn to trust even though at times this is difficult.
God can provide healing and grace so that we don’t have to feel isolated and so alone.

People believe that the more money or material possessions they have, they will be happy and fulfilled. There is enough for everyone in the world but greed has led to the minority having control of most of the wealth. We live in such a competitive society instead of a unified one. We are all actually God’s family and He loves us all very much.

The separation from God makes us feel unloved and all we need to do is to open ourselves up to the Divine internet so our prayer requests can be answered and we can move forward again.

Pride often comes before a fall but we can still learn  humility which is actually a sign of great strength. When we realise that we are only a mere speck in the universe, our egos can quickly be dissolved. Egos are really our false self and our true self is really having a deep and meaningful relationship with God, ourselves and others. Spiritual connection can often be found by our constant surrender of ourselves and others to God. Let God do all the worrying because whether you believe it or not He is ultimately the One in control of our lives. He is the One with infinite wisdom and love and he can transform broken and shattered lives by His healing grace.

If you find yourself at your lowest point be assured that you are not alone. Everyone at some stage feels cut off from their Maker but with God’s glue, the pieces of your life can be put back together again. There are many testimonies from people who have reached the end of their rope and have experienced grace and healing. Don’t close yourself off from God. Begin a personal relationship with Him today and live the life you were meant  to live.
