Coping with Stress
A paragraph on how to cope with this illness.
Coping with stress has been tough for me as a human being. I find that thinking deeper into life helps you understand why you’re stressed out and how you can fix it. You need to remember that things happen in this world for no apparent reason, and there is NOTHING you can/could/should’ve done to avoid it. Crap happens and life goes on. People die, innocent people because that’s what happens. If you are stressed out from work, then tell yourself that there are two levels in the world. Negative and positive levels. They need to always be evened out, so things happen in the universe that may be related with other events. You need to know that whatever is stressing you out doesn’t mean a thing, because life is life and death is death and YOU WILL DIE. No avoiding it, it’s a matter of life. You can lengthen it and run away from it, but it will catch up with you. Know that minor actions are not important to a long spiritually healthy life that starts in your own head.
