Creating a Bucket List
Everyone has a "have to do before I leave this earth list", which has been labeled the bucket list. Just how one creates that bucket list is explained in this article.

Planning a bucket list will free one to pursue those itemized events to be reality. Some are not easily accomplished, while others will be achieved in a short time. Looking deeply into the desires of a person will bring forth that composition of things to get done before one leaves the earth.
Within reason, a person searches to know what actually they want to see, do or create while they place things on a bucket list. There might be events that need to take place before an item on the bucket list is carried out for each individual. Planning is an essential part of compiling a bucket list. Write those thoughts as you think of them, so the next step can be looked at; bringing one closer to actually getting that list done.
Making the time to work on the bucket list does not have to be lengthy. In fact it can take many days, weeks or even months to finish the bucket list. Sporadic thoughts or even just words can be the beginning of the bucket list. If the items on your list need another person, tell that person so they can be in cinque with your direction too.
Comparing what you have known others to do might be a guide for you to create your bucket list. Make sure you want to actually, physically wish to put those things on your list; considering you could just view video or pictures to get a similar result.
Train yourself for the events you want to include on your bucket list. A marathon race has preparation to do before the beginning and before you become an entrant. Those kinds of ideas on the bucket list might have many components to strive toward before they are actually acquired.
Research hobbies and people who have been successful in your pursuits that are part of your desires on your bucket list. Give yourself a certain time frame to compile your ideas. Put that at the top of your plan and work toward that goal. Don’t give up on your dreams when you are creating your bucket list.

I just plain loved this article. Well, I have done five of mine. I married a wonderful man, raised two pretty good kids, learned to ballroom dance, became a writer and had a book published.

Great article. It’s kind of like writing you own eulogy and then living it out.

That’a a good reminder, we get so caught up in the day to day hassles of life that we forget to stop and smell the roses or do the things that we would like to do, see and accomplish before we are called home. Great article !

The only thing I can think of at this time is that I want to go to Europe and Australia. Pretty boring bucket list huh? I guess I would also like to make a decent livable amount of money writing on line too, that would be cool, but that seems like it is difficult to do.

Good piece. I wrote one too but I used Elizabeth Edwards’ phrase “Dying Letter”: http://gomestic.com/family/writing-a-dying-letter/
