CTH: Three Qualities for a Successful Entrepreneur

Confidence:

Confidence is something a person should show that in his both conscious and subconscious activities. An example is given here which explains this vividly.

In a village there had been no rain for a long time. To perform a ritual people have gathered to pray to God for getting rains. There was a child who came along with them carrying an umbrella. He is the only one who brought the umbrella. This shows how confident this person is in the activity that he is going to undertake.

Trust:

Trust is another important attribute of a successful entrepreneur. Trust is not a simple belief. It must be shown in the worst of situations. An example below explains this well.

When a child is thrown up into the air by the mother or father the children laugh without fear. This is because they trust that the mother or father will definitely catch them without fail. This shows how much one can build from others.

Hope:

Without hope no business can progress. No stock market can survive. Not speak of the fact that our daily lives will be at stake.

Every night we go to sleep full of fresh plans for the next day ahead. But there is no guarantee that we will survive till the next day. This is hope by default.

We take planes, trains still knowing that there is a high risk of crash or bombings. It is also because of hope that we continue our lives like that. Otherwise there cannot be any progress.
