Decoding Body Language
Actions speak louder than words.
Body language are gestures people give off unconciously to display feelings without uttering a word. Having knowledge on how to read this certain language, you would be able to decode emotions some may try to hide, but their body language can’t lie.

1)Twirling one’s hair- When a girl twirl’s her hair with her fingers, this exhibits a flirtacious invitation. That means if you notice this action together with eye contace, she’s definitely interested and is inviting you to make the move.
2)Fluttering or batting eyelashes- This displays interest. Drawing attention to the eyes to make eye contact to see if the feeling’s mutual.
3)Crossing legs towards you- This is an invitation to closer body contact.
4)Hand(s) on hips- Placing the hand(s) on the hips exhibits a desire for attention or command for power. Doing this displays superiority.
5)Fake Smile- A fake smile is just stretching your lips, it usually just involves the lips and the mouth while a real smile involves the mouth, lips and the eyes. Faking a smile is hiding either boredom or anger and is usually done when lying.
6)Gulping- Gulping means one is feeling guilt or fear.
7)Raised eyebrow- During a conversation and one raises an eyebrow out of the blues, he is unconciously trying to say that he demands respect from you and that thinks he has power over you.
8)Slouching- Slouching is done when one is losing interest.
9)Looking Around- When one tries to look around, he is trying to look for a topic to divert a conversation. This also means that he’s bored and trying to look for an excuse to get out the situation.
10)Tight handshake- Giving a tight hold on a handshake exhibits dominance. This is very disrespectful especially if you have a lower stance than whom you are shaking with.
