Do You Eat Every Thing That You are Served?
Whether I am having a meal at home or at a restaurant, I make sure to waste food. I do not make a fuss about what I am served.
In a restaurant, a meal which is your order a menu is called an `a la carte’. A meal in which you serve yourself from a variety of laid –out dishes is called a buffet. In the word buffet, the `t’ is silent. Think of some more words like this.

Tell our friends about a restaurant that you often go to with you family. What kind of food does it serve – Indian, Chinese, or some other most? Use words like delicious, tasty, refreshing, mouth –watering, while, while talking about what the restaurant serves.
Here are some foods words that you might like to learn.
Appetizer: the drink that you have before a meal –like Jal- jeera or soup.
Starters: light snacks or a light dish before the meal.

Some eating tips to keep you healthy
- Don’t overeat. Eat your meals regularly.
- Don’t stay hungry for too long
- Eat slowly and chew your food well
- Eat lots of fruits and vegetables
- Don’t eat too many friend foods.
Remember these tips, especially when you are outside your home.
- Drink a lot of water. This helps to keep your digestive system clear and protects you from several illnesses. But remember, many germs enter your body through the water you drink- so only drink water you know is safe to drink.
Try not to drink aerated (fizzy) soft drinks
- Drink `health’ drinks, particularly those that nature gives us, like coconut water, fresh fruit juices and milk-based drinks such as Lassi.
- Milk and egg foods are eating is better for the body.
