Driving The Change – Being The Leader
Driving the change – Being the leader.

interesting idea that came to mind when I think of leadership ..
There can be three stages in our career choice.
1. Create and lead a change for others to follow
2. Be the change of leadership has created
3. Resist change
Of this amount, there is nothing better than to create and manage change. And there is more than leadership.
Leaders always brings changes. You do not need the title to highlight the leader of his ship forever. All you have to do is select “leader and do creative things in the things that always smaller than they already do” more “just being a glutton for their daily activities”
In the end, if you happen to be resistant to change, then you are in the left foot. It is better to change or find more space to accommodate his career. Maybe you’re a bad job.
If you are happy to be with the change, maybe it’s time to run faster than the change in leadership and start same.Which means you’re in the right decision, but will always be a short leg off destination, resulting in a life long career. his desire to be a leader can change that. It’s just a paradigm shift.
Now you choose what your career has to be – a career in the game? or a career in the lead.
If the team is last, best to create change.
Chase is always a string, always behind the target. But when u is the unit or on the driver’s seat. U encourage others to handle your point of success. You keep creating new benchmarks for success and continue the journey. For a winner, the hunter will always follow. And you call it – the leader.
I tell the same reason people like Mahatma Gandhi, Sri Lanka Ravisankar, Steve Jobs, Abraham Lincoln, Bill Gates, Narayana Murthy and many other leaders are still worshiped as loved ones. All have one thing in common. All of them produced lasting changes in the innovation and what they did / do best.
It becomes a culture of leadership within the organization. Start with simple changes. Try to do things differently, so that the sense of organizational change. Faster than us, the sooner we can globalize our organization .. in all directions.
