Dry and Cracked Skin

What cause’s dry skin?
Does dry skin come from stress. Making bad decisions, in your life, or maybe not having enough water in your body.
We’ll I have 2 teenage boys and a 9 yr old little girl, and work full time, and I have alot of dry skin on my feet. So I went out a brought a massage soak-er for my feet. “Boy it was alot of dry skin all cracked up” on my feet and why? Who knows maybe I be on my feet to long, or maybe I wear my shoes to tight.
My thinking is that I tired and stressed, and alittle bit f not drinking enough water as well. So I did decided to clean the foot massager out with 409 cleaner, and then I began to scrub my feet with that hard rock oval shape thing and scrubbed away I went.
Then I began to pour hot water into it, and I added the some foot powder and turned the machine on, and I put my feet inside the warm water, put I don’t understand why most women like this, because I didn’t feel any different before I did it.
Some people say its suppose to make you relax, We’ll let me tell you a thing or to “smile” I’m still not relaxed!
