Eight Ways to Relax

Simple ways to make your day a little easier.

In case you get really stressed out sometimes and want a way to brighten your day, here are some suggestions for what you can do to relax your mind:

  • origami-make 3-D stars or fold 1,000 cranes
  • take a brisk 10 minute walk outside under the sun
  • rest your head on the table for 5 minutes
  • meditate with light music like Norah Jones
  • breathe in, breathe out
  • look at green leaves and green grass and anything else naturally green that you can find
  • do aerobics
  • punch a pillow
