Eight Ways to Relax
Simple ways to make your day a little easier.

In case you get really stressed out sometimes and want a way to brighten your day, here are some suggestions for what you can do to relax your mind:
- origami-make 3-D stars or fold 1,000 cranes
- take a brisk 10 minute walk outside under the sun
- rest your head on the table for 5 minutes
- meditate with light music like Norah Jones
- breathe in, breathe out
- look at green leaves and green grass and anything else naturally green that you can find
- do aerobics
- punch a pillow
