Executives: How to Work Like One

You know, some people seem to be like a Demi God that lives to work. They put their careers above anything and they work like a monster to win in business. How to be like them?

The more you work, the more you will do with your life. And let’s be honest here, if you work you will feel better than if you just lay around the cafe all day long.

How can you work 18 hours a day? Only top executives and very important people work this much, maybe this is because they are in the top right?

I had one close friend who made insane money and had three jobs, including saturday and sunday. He worked so much that he had to rest for a month because he did not know how to manage all his energy in the right way.

This article is not perfect and never will be, but can give you a great hand!

First thing you need to learn is to be like an old rag or an old socket or a kitten. Cats are never stressed and they never need to rest because they are relaxed all the times. You need to be relaxed while you are working in order to perform for a longer time. Relaxed does not mean less attention or effort. It just means relaxing all the muscles you are not currently using instead of stressing and getting them tired.

Second thing is you need to drink a lot of water. About 70% of all your body is water and you need to refill all the losses you have every second! Take five bottles of 1L with you and drink them all. The ideal would be if you could drink up to 10L of water every 24 hours!

Third thing you need to know is that you need to have a very tough body to endure all that work. I know you do not have the time to sleep much less to workout. Have you ever wondered about exercising while you work? Some chairs allow you to pedal with great intensity and they will send you a bip when you are not doing it fast! I will buy one of these one day and you should do it now!

Fourth thing is to eat only heathy food and to have zero tolerance with bad food. Eat only vegetables, some meat, no fast food, no chips, no nothing bad. Only fruit and vegetables and some meat!

Fifth thing, you need to know how to change positions frequently so you avoid aches. You must change your chair over the day, if you can work on the sofa, if you can work while you stand up.

One last thing, you need to rest like a baby. This means you should always sleep about 10 to 12 hours in the Friday and Saturday night. NO DISCO!

I know this is a real pain in your back but success comes with the price tag of the work you do!
